Being the founder of PointConceptual, a pragmatical consultancy dedicated to creating effective strategies to practically foresee and navigate complexity with clarity, agility, and innovation. With over two decades of experience in product conception, development, and market introduction — across automotive, mobile computing, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and information systems — I combine conceptualy analytical, integrative thinking and deep engineering expertise with purposeful humility and strategic leadership. I am passionate about aligning technology, strategy and collaboration around shared purpose and vision across multi-disciplinary, global, customer-facing contexts; about designing lean system and organizational architectures, engaging in adaptive transformations, clearing the way for innovation and excellence, and delivering impactful, user-centric solutions. Whether managing requirements, prototyping, empowering teams, aligning stakeholders, or coaching, I focus on turning complexity into clarity, and vision into tangible value.
